Liability & Waiver Forms
On board, all diving guests will be asked to sign the Liability Releases & Medical Forms as shown below. We suggest you download this release, together with Appendix A and B, read and sign the forms before departing from home and just hand them over on arrival. If you are intending to do technical diving, please ensure you also read and sign the additional tech waiver as well.
Guests who are joining a Bikini Atoll itinerary are required to read and sign the Technical Diver Liablity Release and the Bikini Atoll liability release.
